Atout France certification – Furnished Tourist Accommodations, the national benchmark for tourist classification.
This independent classification is based on a grid of strict criteria, regularly updated, and guarantees travelers a high level of standards in terms of comfort, amenities, services and overall experience.
The certification Atout France – Furnished Tourist Accommodation is an official procedure overseen by the State, awarded after an audit by an approved organization.
It classifies accommodations from 1 to 5 stars, according to more than 130 objective criteria covering in particular the quality of the amenities, the comfort of the spaces, the services offered, accessibility and safety, the environment and the overall consistency of the offer

Luther is not rated by Atout France
Studio operated as a bed and breakfast with breakfast, not subject to Atout France certification, but benefiting from the same level of rigor in terms of welcome, services and maintenance quality.
